Is the display on your SC series device missing lines or entire digits? Is it impossible to read? It probably needs to be sent in for an LCD screen replacement.
This service includes a test of the instrument to verify a faulty LCD screen. We then remove the old screen and replace it with a brand new one. We finish by cleaning up the circuit board, testing the new screen and closing the housing. Our technicians will also do a quick visual inspection of the circuit board to make sure there are no other unresolved issues. This does not include a firmware update or any other parts that may be needed. All electrodes or other parts will be extra.
