A Few Things to Note About Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING: Only available on Vinmetrica products for orders over $89 (US only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii). FedEx Ground only. Due to the nature of the products we ship, we are required to ship via GROUND shipping which can take between 2-7 business days to get to you. If you need products shipped faster than Ground please give us a call and we will determine if we are allowed to do so.
- FedEx may experience shipping delays that are out of our control.
- International Customers: Check our list of Distributors to see if there is one in your area. Or you can email us for assistance. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that are required by your government for shipments.
- WE ARE NOT AMAZON. We process orders as quickly as we possibly can. If there are backorders or delays we will do our best to alert you. We are a small, family run business (See our ABOUT page) so please be patient with us. Our average order processing time is between 1-4 business days. All weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
- Due to higher temperatures during the summer months, we reserve the right to temporarily hold shipments of “freezer/refrigeration required” items in order to protect the shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions.
