This Malic Acid Standard Solution will allow you to quantitatively determine a value (in g/L) for malic acid in your wine samples. This standard serves as a 0.00 g/L standard when performing a quantitative mode procedure. (See manual for additional information)

This contains 30mL is good for up to 10 tests (10 wine samples plus two “zero” standards). Store in freezer for maximum shelf life.
