Post Fermentation Analysis

Description

This bundle is a sort of “Build Your Own” analysis.  Select the tests you require from the drop down menu. Requires a 100 mL sample volume, regardless of how many tests you select.

The Basic Fermentation Analysis includes Free SO2, pH & Titratable Acidity (TA) analyses. Add any other tests you wish by selecting them in the drop down menu.

Other analyses available in the Post Fermentation Bundle are: Malic Acid Fermentation (MLF), Alcohol By Volume (ABV), and/or Residual Reducing Sugar. Choose one or none! This all-inclusive bundle can give you a small snipet of the overall “health” of your wine after fermentation.
