Want to make sure your unit and electrodes are all in working order? Not sure if you need a new electrode or not? Has your unit been sitting idle for a while? Are your electrodes sluggish or dirty? Then this is the service for you. Leave all the testing and maintenance to us.
We will check everything out for you and if your unit is not working properly, we can advise you on how to get it back in working order.
We recommend this service be done once a year or if your unit has been sitting idle for a while.
This service includes a test of the instrument to ensure its functionality using your provided electrode(s). Our technicians will also do a quick visual inspection of the circuit board and perform any cleaning and maintenance necessary for the SO2 and/or pH electrode. We recommend this service to all older versions of our instruments. This does not include a firmware update or any other parts that may be needed. All electrodes or other parts will be extra. This is simply to verify performance of your unit.
If any additional service or repairs are deemed necessary our technicians will contact you with further information.
