The Malic Acid Diluent Solution will give greater accuracy when performing the MLF Assay. This solution is new, as of June 2023. Please refer to the most current version of the manual for the most up to date procedures.

Briefly, after the heating and reconstitution step, as you have done in the past, you now need to make a 1:1 dilution of your boiled, restored wine sample with the Assay Diluent. This is step 6 in the newest manual (version 4.0).

This contains 30mL is good for up to 10 tests. Store in freezer for maximum shelf life.
